Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

Please note: Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

How to Start a Return or Refund

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

If you opt for a replacement, we’ll ship it at no cost as soon as your request is processed.

Store credit may be issued for faster resolution in certain cases.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Orders where incorrect addresses were provided by the customer

Every Ice Kream product is third-party lab tested for potency and compliance. While we take every measure to ensure accuracy and quality, we understand that issues can happen—and we’re here to make them right.
Important Return Policy Notice
Ice Kream does not offer returns for any reason once an order has been placed. Once you place your order, it is immediately prepared for shipment.
DO NOT send any products back to us. Any packages sent back will be refused and returned to sender.
Ice Kream does not offer refunds on any orders after they have shipped. In the event that a product is damaged or faulty, Ice Kream may consider offering a replacement at its sole discretion.
Order Verification & Replacement Policy
Ice Kream photographs every order prior to shipment. If you receive incorrect product(s) or flower in poor condition, Ice Kream may offer a replacement only after sufficient photographic evidence is provided.
If Ice Kream confirms an internal error, we will re-ship replacement product(s) free of charge.
